Hamptons House
Sagaponack, NY
Our clients fell in love with a spacious, sun-dappled lot in the Hamptons. Unfortunately, they were not as enchanted with the existing home on the property. After many weeks of collaboration and designing, a gracious new Shingle style house was proposed in its place.
Built as a permanent residence for a family of three, the clients requested numerous bedrooms for summer guests along with gracious living spaces for entertaining and relaxing. Custom millwork and classic finishes throughout the home lend a feeling of luxury to the property. Unique features include an elevator, an extensive library, and an impressive wine vault, all of which add to the home’s feeling of exclusivity.
